HA.

I wonder if I scared anybody sh!tless yesterday - when I strutted around in my luminous homemade costume!

Ingredients:

- face mask, no, no what you think at all! The blue cream women put on their face! THAT sort of face mask!

- an old punched through sieve that is very round and wide enough to act as an HALO; just discard the grid middle, that's all. Adding Christmas lights to the whole ting is optional.

- green scarf; I had n blue scarf, alas, to stick the "halo" in and hold it up, behind my neck! It wasn't uncomfortable at all!

Throw in as much blue or green as you can, clothes-wise, so that you can be either the Green Man or Blue Man!

In fact, this experiment was so much fun because with such an home-made creation (à-la-MacGyver) one can veritably be a whole bunch of things ALL AT ONCE!

I got all of the following:
ALIEN GUY
ROBOT
GHOST
MARTIAN
VENUSIAN
INVADER
**ANGEL**
GREEN MAN
BLUE MAN
UNDEAD
ECO-WARRIOR
and even a bit of Hulk..!

People smiled at the originality - but my makeshift, hasty creation was only for the experiment's sake and I wasn't competing with te likes of elaborate disguises I saw (a much-more convincing zombie, a member of KISS and the Watchmen' Rorscharch himself! Oh, and a Bumblebee and/or bumbling idiot or both!)

HA.

It is so much fun to play with people's perceptions!

Ah - and I must add...

That costume creation of mine was really a HALOED individual, yes - wingless though, so not technicaly an angel, but really a soul of the Light.

In other words:

it was LUMINOUS MAN.

What else - ye of little faith!

I spoke not a word when under the disguise - content to smile back at people and nod to their "approval"...!

Hence the retelling of this episode here - on the luminously laconic blog!

;)
